Frequently asked questions

What’s included in the setup fee?

We’ll help you setup your company profile, help you generate your initial documents, and walk you through setting up your hazard and FRAT forms. Waived if you sign up before April 1st.

What if I have exactly 43 employees?

Pricing increases in $40 increments for every 5 employees. With 43 employees, you’d pay for 40 employees: $100 (first 10) + $240 (six additional 5-employee groups) = $340/month. The next price break would be at 45 employees ($380/month).

Can I change plans later?

You can upgrade at any time. Changes take effect monthly and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading can be done at the completion of your annual billing cycle

Is there a contract?

Your contract is annual. You pay annually and can cancel at the end of your billing year.
